yummy

Here is an easy recipe for a fantastic dish, chicken and cream cheese crescents. They are simple and do not take much time. My cooking skills are limited, so these work out very well for me. Ingredients are few and inexspensive. Give these a try!
First boil 2 lbs of boneless chicken till tender. Then shred. Take 1 package of plain philadelphia cream cheese and half a stick (1/4 cup) of butter and soften in the microwave. Add to shredded chicken and mix thoroughly. Take 3 rolls of original, butter flavored, refrigerated pillsbury crescents and as you unroll them, pinch 2 triangles together to make a square. Then place them on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken mixture in the middle of each square and bring the corners of the square together. Pinch to seal. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until tops of crescents are golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cool. Enjoy!
